  • How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

    Your data will be handled confidentially and encrypted with SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) secure server software. The encrypted information of your order, your name, address, credit card or bank details cannot be read by any third party. Credit card payments will also be verified through the 3D secure procedure.

  • Which payment methods are accepted?

    We use a payment facilitator for goods and services 2CheckOut.com Inc. (Ohio, USA). We accept payment by credit card (VISA / MasterCard / AMERICAN EXPRESS / JCB / Diner’s Club International).

  • I haven't received a serial number for my download product.

    As for now we don’t have any products that support serial number protection, instead we use server based personal watermark generation for every new purchase. We will add support of Native Instruments Library Tab later for some of our products and you will be granted with serial number for free (if you purchased product already that will have this feature).

  • I am having technical difficulties and have questions regarding my product.

  • Can I cancel my purchase and have a refund?

    On downloaded software we cannot make refunds. Further information can be found in our Refund Policy.

  • Do you store my credit card information?

    No. We never see your credit card information, since it is all handled by 2checkout.com

  • My download is lost. Can I receive a new download link?

    You can request a new download link if you contact us using the e-mail address that you used to make a purchase and 2Checkout.com Order Number.
