  • How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

    Your data will be handled confidentially and encrypted with SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) secure server software. The encrypted information of your order, your name, address, credit card or bank details cannot be read by any third party. Credit card payments will also be verified through the 3D secure procedure.

  • Which payment methods are accepted?

    We use a payment facilitator for goods and services Inc. (Ohio, USA). We accept payment by credit card (VISA / MasterCard / AMERICAN EXPRESS / JCB / Diner’s Club International).

  • I am having technical difficulties and have questions regarding my product.

    If your issue is not covered in the manual or in our Support Page, please contact us via special page.

  • Can I cancel my purchase and have a refund?

    On downloaded software we cannot make refunds. Further information can be found in our Refund Policy.

  • Do you store my credit card information?

    No. We never see your credit card information, since it is all handled by or PayPal

  • You can request a new download link if you contact us using the e-mail address that you used to make a purchase and Order Number. For everything else please follow these instructions
