The License Agreement for this product is granted only to a single user.

You cannot upload this product, or any of the sounds and samples on it to any server.

All samples, sounds and any components of the products can NOT be used for making other Sample Libraries.

All sounds and samples in this product are licensed by Strix Instruments, LLC for commercial and non commercial use.

All sounds and samples in this product can be used in any type of music production, video post-production, broadcast, theater, musicals, computer games or similar finished content creation and production use.

Neither the producer, Strix Instruments, LLC , nor any distributor of Strix Instruments, LLC products can be held responsible for any direct or indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this product in whatever form.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 (change this) days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
